Surrounded by glorious Devon countryside, they are perfect for anyone wanting a relaxing escape, but they are also just 4 miles from the vibrant cathedral and university city of Exeter.
The village of Longdown is just ½ mile away and has a popular village inn serving food. Dartmoor and the stunning south coast, with its lovely beaches at Exmouth, Teignmouth and Dawlish, are within easy reach, and the rural countryside of East Devon is on the doorstep. A stunning location that has something for everyone.
Golf, fishing and horse riding are available locally, and for family fun, Crealy Adventure Park and Go Ape are close by. For a great day out, why not take a trip to Powderham Castle or the National Trust treasures of Castle Drogo and Killerton House. Beach 17 miles. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
