Located within a traditional colony tenement building this property is the ideal home away from home in Edinburgh. You will arrive to a professionally cleaned flat where the bed is dressed with hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and freshly laundered towels. The use of a lockbox will allow you access at any time of day that suits you after 3 pm.
In the property, there is a lovely open plan kitchen and living space which has double doors which leads out to the communal back patio and garden. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you may need to cook a homemade meal and there is an oven, hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The living area has a comfy sofa, Cable TV and access to the gorgeous back garden.
The property has one lovely double bedroom. The bed is comfortable and there are large wall length wardrobes perfect for all your belongings.
The W/C and shower are separate both with modern finishings. There is a great shower with essential toiletries so you have one less thing to pack! The W/C is compact in a small room next to the shower room.

Staying in Abbeyhill gives you the best of both worlds. The area is quiet and residential however there are great transport links to the bustling city centre, taking about 20 minutes. There are many lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance from the front door of the property. Also within walking distance is Arthur's seat and Dynamic Earth. Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley. From the station take Lothian Bus number 4, 15, 34, 104, 113, 124, X5, X7. Alternatively the apartment is a quick taxi ride away.
Buses: Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
