Executive Summary of this house:
We had first bad review of 2-star as they were first booking after we did complete the house renovation before New Year Eve. With their feedback during their stay, we have improved the following:
1. We have installed Cctv infront of the house terrace (see photo on listing) to add more security, we do not download online application for this Cctv so we are not able to view it online through application (for your privacy and confidential), but we have installed big memory card to record for your safety purpose, which can be played back in case of any unexpected incidents. This was the request/feedback from first booking, however, this area is safe and neighbour is good people and they are willing to help us for any help needed.
2. We have changed the locker of Front Gate and back door, as per first booking advised.
3. We have changed new 55 inches Smart TV to replace the defected previous one, so you will see our branded new Smart TV to watch your Netflix.
4. We have put up new thick curtain plus new air con in the Living Room to give you more privacy and cooliness.
5. Our sofa is an Ikea leather sofa-bed so some guests may not feel comfortable, however, we have used this sofa-bed with many listings without any complaint.
6. We have cleaned our under kitchen counter area, which is used to keep cleaing stuff.
7. The gas tank cooking has high safety feature and Thai people with 70 million population has used this type of tank for more than 150 years without any issue.
8. We have blocked the unused drain ways to ensure no insects to climb up and we have put up the silicon sheet to cover the shower drain so you must remove it while taking shower and cover it back after the shower.
9. We have installed air con in the living room, enjoy your working day with cool house. There is working table and eco chair for you to work online with Lan wire to connect to your labtop.

Executive Summary of this house:
1. This is our first single house listing to capture a different group of travellers, who love to stay in the house and live like local people in the main city. This area is safe and our neighbours are good people and they are good watchers for everyone safety. We have however installed Cctv at main gate to monitor for additional safety feature.
2. You will enjoy the Kathu Water Fall everyday, if you wish to shower at this water fall. This water fall has a lot of water during raining season. Also, it is not far from the Red Mountain Golf Club, if you want to stay near Golf Course for your daily golf game. You must visit my restaurant at the Kathu Water Fall named The Jungle Cafe and Restaurant.
3. Top quality of mattresses for your comfort, you will love our bed and mattresses. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, however, there is no TV in each bedroom. Big Smart TV of 55 inches are installed only at the living room for your enjoyment.
4. There is only one shower room for your family to share, it is a comfortable size to enjoy your shower and your stay. Please plan to use bathroom well, if you have many family members, please do not complain about only one bathroom.
5. The house has ceiling fan and winds flows from back door of the house (you must open it to allow sound winds flows) and front door. We have installed the mosquito net to prevent any mosquitos coming in the house.
6. We have full kitchen with gas stove, in Thailand, we use gas tank with safty valve supplied by Ptt company in Thailand. Whole of Thailand is using same type of gas tank for more than 150 years, so do not worry to use it, it is very safe. Our country does not provide gas through underground pipe like in many countries.
7. Worktation with office armed chair plus private fiber optic WIFI of 500/500Mbps.
8. We have installed new Smart TV with 55 inches (previous one installed after renovation was new but it got defects from the supplier and they have changed for us), so you can enjoy your Netflix and Youtube in living room from our branded new TV, no TV in bedrooms.
9. Free unlimited drinking water from our Mineral Water Filter installed in the kitchen.
10. Electricity and water are included, so no worry about these bills.
11. We have installed top quality mineral water filter for your free drinking water during your stay.
It is a single house with two bedrooms plus 1 bathroom with about 100 sq meters usable area (30 sq wah plot of land) with fresh air at garden with chairs and umbrella located infront of the house. This terrace is good for your coffee in the morning and evening. Free private Optic Fiberwifi with 500/500Mbps package, private washing machine, microwave, toster, gas stove, big refrigerator, kitchen wares, utensils.
You will stay like local residents and will have to walk through local residents area (there are nice and friendly, they can help you if you need help), so please do understand their living style. They are 7-11, Family Mart, counter tour, self laundry, street foods, coffee shop nearby, there are many good restaurants/bars at the main road, not far from the house. The Red Mountain Golf Course is very near to this house. There is free car park infront of the house next to wall (can not park inside of the house, as it is small area to turn unless it is small car).
It is strongly recommended to rent motor bike for staying at this house in this area, please do not complain about high taxi fare. However, you can download Grap or In-Drive application for the taxi or to order foods/grocery on delivery.
What are not provided:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb1,000, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads. Please visit Lotus or Makkro to buy grocery for your stay to enjoy your home-made cooked foods.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this area.
This house is stand along, not in the compound so there are no gym or swimming pool. You can join so many gyms and swimming pool club, one of the recommended gym and swimming pool is at the Aqua Gym at Kathu, which is not far from this location. Monthly fee is about Thb1,200.
You must rent the motor bikes or rent a car from airport to stay at this house, as it is located in the residential area near the Kathu Water Fall and the Red Mountain Golf Club and there are many nice restaurants/bars near this location.

A renovated single home with two bedrooms located near the Kathu Water Fall and Red Mountain Golf Club, not far from Patong Hill/beach or even Phuket city. This White house is equipped with 2 King size beds in each bedroom with 3 air cons plus 2 ceiling fans to cool the house/opened terrace in front of the house with tree to sit to have coffee in the morning/evening. There is also a washer and clothes hanger. There are new 55" Smart TV/Full Kitchen/utensils. Private WIFI with 500/500Mbps.
Please note:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
