- Cleaning service and laundry service are available at a cost.
- Maximum stay 4 people (extra people possible with cost 600 Thb per night per person)

- Price include cleaning and change the bed linen once week, internet
- Electricity Charge 6 baht/unit for electricity during your stay. We encourage energy saving so please turn off the air conditioning when you leave the room.
- Thai law prohibits smoking in any indoor space. We have sitting area for cigarette for you outdoor. If smoking is detected indoors, a 5,000 baht odor removal fee will be charged.
- Swimming Pool rules must be complied with at all times. Customers using the pool are responsible for there own safety
Children must be supervised at all times in and around the pool.
-No glassware and glass bottles around or inside swimming pool, No food in the swimming pool.
- No candles, firework and lanterns in and around the property.
- Bed wetting cannot be clean and the new mattress much be pay for by the guest, however plastic liners can be in advance upon supply upon request. ·

- We request copy passport and the arrival card for the check in and we can copy it for you at the villa.
- For the music you can use the speaker at the villa only, we not allow speakers or any sound systems from outside. - After Midnight the music must turn down.
- We request small deposit Cash 8,000 Thb for daily and weekly rent payable on check in and return on check out after management check villa and no damages.
- Over 28 nights rent we request damage security deposit 10,000 Thb
- Please keep the villa clean and tidy in a reasonable conditions.
