14 Valley has a very modern open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. The comfy seating area doubles as a sofa bed for guests 5 and 6. The dining area seats 6 people and the fully equiped kitchen with gas hob, oven and grill, integrated microwave, dishwasher and full sized fridge and freezer. The full sized patio area overlooks the countryside and has seating for dining and relaxing outside.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed along with a dressing room and table, triple wardrobe and drawers. This bedroom also has a wall mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and towel rail. The second bedroom consists of 2 full sized single beds, TV and fitted wardrobe and drawers.

The location of 14 Valley View is perfect for a family break - with facility passes included for your stay you will have access to the indoor and outdoor pool (the outdoor pool is open from 31st May - 1st September weather permitting), night entertainment, outdoor play area, bar and eatery. Pool access slots will have to be pre booked via site reception and children activities pre booked via the Newquay bay website or reception upon arrival. Newquay Bay also has a general store, sauna & steam room, hair and beauty salon. The nearest beach is only a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive away and it is only a 5 minute drive into Newquay Town centre.

14 Valley view will accept 2 small well behaved dogs at an extra cost. This property will not accept groups of any description for insurance purposes and site rules.
