This large, detached house over two levels, is situated on the Pentire headland in Newquay, quietly tucked into a close, just a two minute walk from the Coast Path which leads to glorious Fistral Beach. A comfy, relaxing family house. From the garden, step through the front door into a roomy hall with plenty of space for outdoor gear after a bracing walk, through to the big kitchen with tables and chairs at the far end and then step out into the garden room which has comfy chairs, all the better to enjoy a cuppa in the sunshine at any time of the year. The dining room looks out over the garden and the living room has a cosy 'living flame' gas fire. At this level there is a WC. Head upstairs to four bedrooms, two king-size doubles, one with an en suite shower-room and one with a washbasin, a twin and a small double room, together with a family bathroom. Surrounding the house is an informal, mature garden with garden furniture and a teeny wildlife pond. And for those beach-lovers and surfers, there's a warm outdoor shower for sandy bodies and wetsuits. Convenient for beach, bus, and town and just a four minute stroll from Fistral Beach you could spend the week without needing to drive anywhere as Newquay has so much to offer.
