From the 2nd floor lounge/kitchen with breakfast bar, enjoy views of the City of London, including the Shard. The house which is in a quiet residential area, is 7 minutes from Southfields shops and tube station and self check-in is available if required. A food welcome pack of the basics will be in the kitchen to greet you. The space: couples, singles and families with children 2yo and older, are most welcome. Guest access: The 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms and loft lounge/kitchen are all for the private use of guests. In the kitchen, which is well-stocked with utensils, pans, crockery and cutlery you will find a F/F, DW and WM. Interaction with guests: My name is Denie and I am the home owner. I live in separate accommodation below and will be pleased to welcome you on your arrival. My days are variable and I tend to be in and out, but I will be happy to help with any questions you may have when I can. And I would usually be available at some point during each day. Please note: there are two flights of stairs within the accommodation. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 1st floor and lounge/kitchen on the 2nd floor. No pets please. The accommodation is within walking distance of the famous Wimbledon Championship Courts and Wimbledon Common. Travel: Southfields is on the Wimbledon branch of the District Line and via Putney, Fulham and West Brompton it is 10 minutes to Earls Court, with its links to the West End, the City and all areas of London. Wimbledon town centre is 2 stops away on the District Line in the other direction. Wimbledon Park with its lake and tennis courts is a 5 minute walk away. Travel by bus or tube from Southfields or from neighbouring Earlsfield (a 20 minute walk) to access British Rail. Parking: Parking is available outside the property, all day and night, but NOT between 1.30p.m. and 2.30p.m., due to Council parking restrictions. Check-in/check-out: Earliest checking in time is 3p.m./latest checking out time is by 11a.m.
