External utility room with washing machine. Large enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are 3 steps and a small tidal river in the garden.. Set in pretty gardens bordered by a tidal river, this delightful, single-storey, detached holiday cottage offers superb accommodation with lovely views, close to the sandy beaches of Haverigg. Nearby are the lakes and mountains of the south western Lake District. Many visitor attractions are within a short drive, such as the South Lakeland Wild Animal Park at Dalton, Muncaster Castle and Gardens with its internationally renowned owl sanctuary, and the miniature steam railway at Ravenglass. The views from the top of Black Combe are simply breathtaking. Shop, pub and restaurant ¼ mile.
