Spacious 3 bedroom villa on a large beach front resort of 50 privately owned villas. Huge gardens.
Just a short walk through the resort the the beach front (10-15 minutes) and the large infinity edge beach situated just next to the beach.
Based at the north western tip of the Island and the resort is called Tong Son Bay Villas which has its own access to Tong Son Bay. it has lovely white sand, two luxury restaurants at the Melati Resort next door, also a local Thai restaurant a short stroll along the beach for good simple Thai food, cold beer/cocktails or fruit juice and then you can enjoy a pampering session at both Melati or the Thai restaurant. Our resort has its own communal infinity swimming pool for the resort guests at the beachfront.

Until recently, we built the electricity costs into the nightly rate. However, we found that air con units would be left on all day, even when the villa was unoccupied. So as an eco-friendly approach, we have reduced the nightly rates, and allowing you to pay for only the electricity that you use. The electricity meter is read on check in and check out and charged at B9 per unit plus 7% vat. Average daily consumption based on 6 people sharing, would equate to B100 per person per day. Water is charged per 6,000 litre water truck at B1000. One water truck usually lasts approximately one week.
A copy of all passports are required before or upon check in to comply with Thai law.
Cleaning is included free of charge once a week. Laundry service is not. If you wish the cleaning team to also take care of the laundry, there will be a charge for this. They will change the beds, then either take away the laundry and do for you, or leave the laundry with you to wash yourselves. There is a washing machine in the villa.
