Located just outside the popular East Yorkshire Coastal town of Bridlington, just a short stroll from the seafront is Boy’s House. This spacious modern family home provides the perfect base for a family gathering, and can accommodate five guests in the main three bedrooms, and additional accommodation is provided in the playroom with four single sofa beds - perfect for children. There are two bathrooms in the house, one on each floor, so things should never feel ’crowded’. The well equipped kitchen leads onto a dining room, and there are steps leading down to an extremely light and airy living area with a good range of comfortable seating and open fire - a great area for the adults to enjoy their own space whilst the children enjoy the play area which was certainly designed with children in mind. The family owners have many a fond memory of family gatherings in Bridlington where there is enough space for all the family to relax and enjoy themselves, and the sand and sea are just a stone’s throw away - perfect!
