You'll find a nearby beach a short walk away and the charming coastal town of Dawlish can be reached by a scenic coastal walk. With one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom, this is the perfect stay for four adults and two children.
The apartment is modern with an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Light floods into the apartment through French doors that open onto the patio - a great spot for relaxing after a busy day exploring.
For those in search of an active break, Dawlish Warren Golf Club is located on the sand spit at the mouth of the Exe estuary and has fantastic views making it the perfect location for a game or two.
Or you can take a leisurely stroll along the coastal path to Dawlish, a charming town situated on the south coast of Devon. The town is heavily influenced by the Georgian and Victorian periods and there is a delightful park and brook running through the centre of town.
The town's railway station is nearby, with good public transport links. The historic line runs along the seafront and next to the sandy beach making Dawlish a popular choice for train spotters and photographers hoping to catch a glimpse of the waves crashing over the exposed coastal route.
