Positive: Lovely host who was friendly, clear on where things were, house rules and was understanding and accommodating. Had a very decently sized room with free parking outside on weekends and didn't mind us coming in a little later from a gig, so long as we were respectful and quiet. Plenty of room, clean facilities and warm place, considering it was January. Lovely quiet location and easy access to transport, not far from central places. The cost was extremely good value, would 100% stay here again.
