Positive: Outdoor facilities were fantastic and the owner was fast to respond to deal with any issues that arose from the sauna and hot tub. The location is brilliant and the views from the house are stunning. The kitchen is well equipped and the open plan living area is bright and spacious. The bathrooms were great with huge showers.

Negative: We found that the cleaning wasn’t to a very high standard (eg. the floors were dirty). We had to buy our own liquid soap for our bathroom as there was none left, we felt these should have been replenished ready for the next guests. It lacked details like toilet roll holders. More hanging space would have been nice downstairs. It was inconvenient having to store this in one of the other bedrooms and not our own. We did find it strange that we had to strip our own bed sheets at the end of the stay too, given the price of the stay.

Summary: A beautiful house in a great location; some minor details could make it perfect.
