Check-in:
- check-in starts at 13:00.
- if the apartment is available earlier, we can accommodate an earlier check-in.
- if you need an early check-in, please inform us one day before your arrival.
Check-out:
- check-out is between 00:00 and 11:00 and is free of charge.
- between 11:00 and 13:00, there is a fee of 30 euros (only if possible).
- between 14:00 and 18:00, there is a fee of 50 euros (only if possible).
- after 18:00, the entire price for one additional night is charged (only if possible).
- if your departure is late, you can leave your luggage in our nearby office free of charge.
- if you need a late check-out, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cleaning:
- upon check-in, you'll receive clean sheets and towels.
- our cleaning staff comes once a week for free mandatory service.
- extra cleaning, including towels and sheets change, is available for 30 euros.
Pets:
- small pets are allowed upon request.
Parties:
- parties and other events are not allowed.
