Tastefully designed interiors that feature two large bedrooms with one king-size bed in Master bedroom and a queen size bed in second bedroom. 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower) plus a full facility of kitchen and stylish living room. The kitchen is equipped to meet all your needs (stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, utensils, etc.). There are three air conditioning throughout the apartment and free private wi-fi. The family size living room has a Smart TV 55-inch curve screen with sound bar to enjoy watching Netflix, a comfortable queen-size sofa bed, and a dining table for 6. The apartment has plenty of storage space and a balcony with far ranging views across the treetops towards Patong.
Sleeping arrangements are made according to the number of guests booked. For booking up to 4 guests, 2 bedrooms are set up, each room with a king-size bed and queen size bed. Extra beds are available on request to welcome comfortably 6 adults in total, with additional charges (Thb500 per night per person).
This building has 24-hour security and reception. Guests are invited to make full use of the resort's swimming pool, sunbathing areas, and fitness center. Additionally, it has an on-site restaurant, counter tour service, and well-maintained gardens.
Patong is about a 45-minute taxi ride away from Phuket International Airport. There are a multitude of travel options including local buses, taxis or mini buses to transfer you from the airport. There are also plenty of international car hire firms operating at the airport. Check in is at the reception or pick up key from staff.
Many guests choose to rent scooters during their stay. They offer a cheap and easy way to explore Patong and the surrounding beaches but have associated risks (especially for inexperienced riders). Please take care on the roads.
The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from Patong Beach and 3km from Jung ceylon Shopping Center, Banzaan fresh market and the main entertainment district of Patong. The famous Simon Cabaret is just 5 minutes walk from the property.
The apartment is non-smoking. You can smoke on the balcony with a balcony door closed. The resort has attractive gardens with seating areas where you may enjoy a cigarette.
Breakfast is not included in the price but is available from the resort daily at an additional cost.

Is early check-in / late check out possible?
Standard check-in time is 14:00 and check out 11am. Reception is open 24 hours. Early check-in or check out can be arranged with the host and are subject to availability. You are welcome to store your luggage at reception.
The owner is also local, easy to contact and happy to help. Easy to contact Host through all media; Whatapp, Line between 7am till 8pm. There is staff to help you to check in and check out, and we do provide our staff contact number to help you all times. Reception is very helpful and you can contact them for any emergency at late night especially. We will support and help you all time during your stay, so you can be peace of mind.
Just Renovated a fantastic 2bedrooms/2Baths with bathtub plus private WIFI on the 4th floor of last quiet building facing South/swimming pool that blends innovative design with functionality. This Apt is walking distance to Patong beach (just 2km away from Patong beach) easy to walk through many restaurants, mini bar, and shops/businesses along the walkway. This location offers both privacy and tranquility and yet easy access to all that Patong has to offer. It is located near the Simon Cabaret Patong.
Please note:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
