Summary: DO NOT STAY HERE, after 15 years using Expedia this is my first negative review. The water park onsite is CLOSED until further notice, there is no mention of this on the website, the children’s pool is CLOSED for maintenance, the main restaurant is CLOSED. Elsewhere there was no hot water in the showers (reported many times), food takes over an hour in poolside restaurant (not great with kids), many villas are being renovated so expect lots of workman (smoking) and noise, breakfast is very basic, you have to request and chase for housekeeping and the nearby beach is filthy and no swimming allowed. There are many great villas and complexes in Phuket, this was terrible.
