Heating is night storage - keeps the apartment lovely and warm, and can be adjusted by yourselves. Also an electric fire in the lounge.

Just a 10 minute walk from the apartment takes you to Ashlett Creek and the Jolly Sailor in an idyllic location with lovely views on Southampton Water.
A 5 minute walk takes you to quaint Fawley village with The Falcon pub/restaurant - highly recommended with an award winning chef, convenience store/post office and recommended Chinese and Indian takeaways - both currently open.
Calshot Activity Centre, minutes away, has indoor ski slopes, climbing walls, cafe, cycling velodrome - great for winter activities. In summer there is the lagoon for water sports (equipment can be hired).
