Positive: It is a nice, cozy apartment, near the center of Targu Mures. It looks better in reality than in photos. It was warm, clean, water was also warm, kitchen was equipped. We had a great communication with the owner, a very nice lady. You can find parking near the building easily. It does have an oldish feel, it reminded me about my grandparents apartment, but it is just fine for a few nights, at a very good price.

Negative: We found from other reviews where is the thermostat, the owner could include that info in the description - this is not an issue, just a suggestion. Otherwise, great for what you pay.
