Positive: ★★★★★ Exceptional stay – perfect for families We stayed at AYLI Suite 5 over New Year with our two children (14 and 7) and couldn't have been happier. The suite is stunning – two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms plus WC, and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home, not a hotel, which made all the difference with kids. The location is superb – a quiet residential street yet just 5 minutes walk to High Street Kensington tube and 6 minutes to Earl's Court, so we could get anywhere in London easily. But what really sets AYLI apart is Ibi and his team. From the very first enquiry, communication was prompt, friendly and helpful. During our stay, everything ran smoothly, and when we had questions they responded immediately. Even after checkout, the service continued to be first class. It's clear this is a business run by people who genuinely care about their guests' experience. We felt welcomed and looked after from start to finish.
