Waterfront self-contained apartment occupying the entire ground floor of my home, in a prime position on Felixstowe seafront.
You have your own garden gate and private entrance at street level. Directly across the road is the promenade and sandy beach. Parking opposite is free and unrestricted.
The outer door takes you into a spacious porch area, ideal for storing bikes, fishing gear, walking boots and wet clothes after a day on the beach. It's also a perfect sun trap to relax with a book. Double doors open into the living area with kitchenette, armchair and poufe, snuggle chair for two in front of the tv. Beyond that is an archway to the bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and vanity area. Off the living room is a small hallway leading to the dining room and bathroom with bath with overhead shower. The understairs cupboard contains an iron and ironing board and vac, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first-aid kit.
