On site you will find heated indoor pool and slide, Segway hire, go cart hire, playgrounds, rock climbing, wax hands, painting arts and craft, build a bear, clubhouse with arcade, beer bar, wine bar, cocktail bar and restaurant, fishing lake, 24/7 security and much more.
This home has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 people.
In the front room you will find a pull out double sofa bed.
In the master bedroom, you will find a king size bed and on-suit bathroom.
In the next bedroom, there is 2 single beds.

This holiday home is sanitized before and after each Guest for your safety and to be inline with COVID-19 rules.

1.Check-in time is 4PM and check-out is 10AM.
2.We accept NO responsibility or liability for any accidents, damages or loss.
3.Now operating a NO Refund or Exchanges policy.
4. Entertainment / facility Passes / Bed linen are Not included in the price of the accommodation, they are to be purchased separately at park reception.
5. Any form of anti-social behaviour will result in you being asked to leave / removed from the site with a possible ban from the park. In this circumstance you will Not receive any form of refund and will also lose your security deposit. 6.There is 24/7 park and private security patrolling the park and CCTV in operation.
7. Smoking is NOT allowed under any circumstances.
8. Do Not put cigarettes out on the decking as it could melt or damage the decking and you will be held responsible.
9. NO BBQs on / near the decking as it could melt or damage the decking and you will be held responsible.
10. Please Do NOT stand or sit on the side railings or Gate of the decking as it could result in damage that you will be liable for.
11. NO commercial or sign written vehicles, including transit vans and trailers are not permitted at this park.
12. If there are more people staying in the holiday home than you have disclosed, you will be asked to leave without a refund and also face a possible ban from the park. This is due to Health & Safety and for Insurance Purposes.
13. The holiday home will be inspected before and after use for any damage / breakages and if anything is found you will be charged accordingly.
14. There are on-site parking facilities available (white bays) so Please Do NOT park on the grass. You may be asked to leave the site without a refund. ( park rules )
15. Pets are NOT allowed at the property. If pets are found, you will be subject to an extra £120 charge!
16. Please Do NOT leave unused appliances plugged in / switched on or left unattended as this is a fire risk that you will be liable for
