Positive: This was easily the most convenient hotel we have stayed in London, Clean,modern steps to the Tube Station, This was probably the biggest item lol after a long day walking in london 1/2 hour on jubilee line to everything. 2 pubs down the street. Restaurant next door. Nice restaurant next door, large room and large bathroom. Staying in London w/o London Prices 4 stops and 20 minutes to Heathrow, 30 minutes to the theaters. The most convenient stay in London. A special thank you to Patrick at the front desk who was the most professional employee our family has ever encountered. My Aunt is visiting London Next year and I will make sure she stays haere as I know she will be in good hands with Patrick. He actively attended to us and he was very friendly. It was not a job fro him but a service he was happy doing. That man will bring in customers due to his courteous and dedication.
