You know you’re somewhere special when you step into the stylish hallway with the stairs rising to the first floor, the TV room to your right, kitchen/living/dining room ahead of you, and the utility room and wet room beyond. There are double doors from the kitchen to the garden and another door from the utility room. Wooden floors run through most of the ground floor.
KITCHEN/LIVING/DINING
A wonderfully sociable space. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Bosch oven, a dishwasher, a large upright fridge with an additional fridge and separate freezer in the utility room, a Nespresso machine (please bring your own pods), a microwave, kettle, toaster and a central island with bar stools. The room wraps round past the dining area with a handsome table and six chairs, to the lovely light living area which has a comfy sofa, chairs, coffee and casual tables, and a flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc as well as a Sonos speaker for your entertainment.

Conveniently off the kitchen with the second fridge and a four deep drawer freezer, washing machine and dryer.
