Negative: - Bath didn’t drain - One shower was broken - Front light hanging off - Fire Extinguisher had no pressure - No toaster - Maintenance guy lived in the outbuilding - Not enough pillows - Working shower alternated between freezing and boiling

Summary: Cheap and cheerful but could do with some TLC
