Summary: Had the potential to be a boutique hotel but the building is in need of repair. The bar which was closed is in actual disrepair and smells of dampness. The bed took up most of the bed room and had very dim lighting. Food at night in the diner was disappointing but not as bad as the ridiculous portion at breakfast, one mushroom and a tiny rasher of crispy bacon with scrambled egg. Friendly owner but was always apologising for everything and noticeably on checkout.
