Positive: The location of Cassia Residences is amazing!

Negative: Knowing „Cassia Hotel“ from several stays i had the expectation that „Cassia Residences“ would be similar managed. But very wrong. The apartments belong to individual owners, who set the conditions. In my case that meant it was not clean when I arrived, cleaning only once a week , while not having cleaning utensils like a vacuum cleaner, toilet paper I was asked to buy myself and take care of trash etc. not at all from what I expect from a vacation rental. And oh my… lots of dirt stains on the furniture, curtains. And I do not wanna know, how filthy the rug was. Probably not vacuum cleaned in ages.
