Washing Up Wash and put away all dishes before leaving. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges. 5. Damage Reporting Report any damage during your stay or before check-out. Charges will apply for any damages found. Please inspect the property upon arrival, as we conduct inspections before and after your stay. 6. Pet Policy Pets are allowed with prior notice. An additional charge of £25 applies for small sized pets, £35 for medium sized, and £50 for large sized. *Additional Guidelines: -Park vehicles in a way that does not obstruct other motorists or residences. -No parties or loud noises. -No smoking inside the house. - Do not turn-off or plug- out the CCTV module, once violated it is subject to £40 fine. -Do not tamper with CCTV camera outside entrance of property. This will result in a fine of £50. -Do not tamper or remove the property key off the tether of lock box. This key needs to stay there for ease of access to property for all guests staying at the time and to remain in box at all times.
