Tug's Barn is a delightful, self-catering, first floor, barn conversion (2012) accessed by exterior granite steps. It sits beside our pretty Victorian house, and near the Apple Loft (also listed with HomeAway ), in four acres of gardens and orchards in the award winning and friendly village of Grampound. The beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with miles of coastal footpaths, is on our doorstep and we are very conveniently located to explore Cornwall's Great Gardens. The front door opens into a WIFI enabled sitting room with comfortable chairs, TV, DVD and radio. There is a well equipped kitchen area, with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, a large hallway and a separate dining room. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed (5') and is adjacent to the spacious shower room. The Dolphin Inn public house is 400 metres away, The Oggi Pasty Shop 300 metres, Grampound Community Store (a grocery, newsagent and coffee shop) 500 metres and the Eastern Promise Cantonese Restaurant is also 500 metres away. The county town of Truro is some 8 miles, Heligan Gardens about 4 miles and the Eden Project about 10miles.
