Cosy cottage, well equiped for a lovely weekend away. Perfect for a couple or 3 people. Baby cot is available. Come to Broadstairs and see where the film Empire Of Light was filmed - sit on the bench where Olivia Coleman was filmed overlooking Broadstairs beach (see last image) and play at the same mini golf. Margate promenade and dreamland is 15 mins drive away where the rest of the filming was done.
Modern cottage style non-smoking fully equipped property, on one level, close to beach (2 minutes walk), restaurants and shops (less than 2 mins walk).
We offer a self check in system - you can choose when to arrive and use a keycode to gain entry. Details will be sent a few days before your stay.
Our property is strictly pet free, and now is shoe free as well, to maintain hygiene levels.
Fully equipped features include wifi, phone, 32" wall mounted TV with Sky (features iplayer, Itv player, internet, Amazon prime, Netflix (with your own account), DVD, dishwasher, induction 2 ring hob and microwave oven (no conventional oven), fridge (with no freezer), central heating, large walk in shower and plentiful instant hot water. Has a double bed, a single bed and a highchair and cot for under 3's can be made available. Our cushions, pillows and duvets may contain feathers.
The property is all on one level (with 3 steps down to the main bedroom) and a walk in shower, so is suitable for people who are unable to manage stairs.
Property is pet free (for the convenience and comfort of all our guests, we cannot accommodate your dog or cat, no matter how house trained, sorry).

Location - We are very centrally located on a small lane between the promenade (Eastern Esplanade) that overlooks the beach and the road with restaurants, shops etc. Due to its location, there is some pedestrian traffic passing by.
Parking - Being so central, we have no parking attached to property. I will send you a map showing all the free parking in close vicinity with your check in details. You can pull up outside property to drop off people/bags/shopping/nip to the loo before parking.
