Positive: Great apartment in a good location. I've stayed in a few of these kind of places where they don't even leave you a tea bag, but our hosts were thoughtful enough to provide everything, even a small container of milk in the fridge. Not only that, there's a folder in the apartment containing all the information you could possibly need, as well as things like recommendations for some good pubs and cafes :o)
