Welcome to my lovely comfortable city centre 2 bedroom apartment. Thoughtfully maintained and presented throughout. This is the perfect base to explore Edinburgh! With just a 5 minute walk you will arrive at The Haymarket Station where the tram stop is and great bus links. You can either jump on a tram and arrive in city centre in less than 5 mins or walking takes just 10-15 mins. The apartment is also a stones throw away from the Murrayfield Stadium.
Located on the ground floor of a traditional tenement and is a peaceful and comfortable home from home abode.
We have Super fast Fibre Optic Broadband and guests can also enjoy many tv channels including Netflix.The apartment is well equipped with all the necessities required for self catering. The area is very quiet at night , and a brand new hotel standard double mattress has just been upgraded as of 25th May ‘23 to ensure a comfy nights sleep.

Lots of cafes, restaurants close by and very close to the train station, tram and bus stops. On the street there is the cycle path, with some lovely walks and great points of interest to visit such as the Dean Gallery.
Help yourself to anything in the cupboards and enjoy your stay .
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. There is a wheel chair access ramp to access the apartment.

There are so many great places to visit in Edinburgh and you are close to all of them here. Lots of cafes and restaurants are nearby. The tram will take you to Princes street in minutes from the Haymarket. Roseburn and the Murrayfield Stadium are a stones throw away whilst your also close to the Edinburgh Zoo and the Fountainbridge Cinema Complex.
The flat is also very fortunate to have the Waterway of Leith Cycle Path on the same street, you can cycle, jog or just take a leisurely walk enjoying the nature. The network of different paths can take you to the Dean Gallery, Stockbridge, Cramond Beach and more besides.
Parking is available in the Private Resident Carpark. The Haymarket train station, tram and bus connections are just a 10 minute walk from my place.
There is a private car park to the rear of the apartment, the permit is left in the kitchen but MUST be returned at check out. Please return the keys to the lockbox after you check out.
