Just a two-hour drive from London, followed by a short ferry ride, the Isle of Wight is just the place for a stress-free break. You’re never too far from an exciting day out, whether it’s a historic site, lovely cycling trails, beautiful beaches or surfing hotspots.
Vermont 30 is a well presented self-catering family-friendly holiday home. Minutes from Yarmouth town centre, the historic harbour and the Wight Link ferry terminal. Top beaches such as Colwell Bay, Totland Bay and Freshwater Bay are close by.
The heart of this two-storey modern well-equipped cottage is on the ground floor. It has an open plan kitchen area with wooden worktops, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and electric oven. A dining area, complete with dining table seating four, together with a two-seater sofa, leads you out onto a decked area via patio doors.
There is also a spacious living area with an L-shaped sofa, Smart TV and wifi connectivity. A downstairs toilet, complete with wash hand-basin, is also located on the ground floor. Decking areas to both the front and rear of the property have table and chairs for families to enjoy.
On the first floor you’ll find a master bedroom with king size bed, a twin room and a family bathroom. The cottage offers lovely views across the landscaped grounds.
