Built in 2013. 1 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage with a private pool. Perfect for 2, but can sleep up to 6.
LOCATION: Flame Tree Cottage is a 2 minute drive to the more secluded Long Bay Beach where the Kiteboarders surf and the Provo Ponies ride. It's a 5 minute drive to world famous Grace Bay beach where all the resorts, restaurants and shopping are located. It's a 7 minute drive to TCI Ferry services, and a 15 minute drive to the airport.
THE COTTAGE: The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances: microwave, gas range and oven, dishwasher, standard drip coffee maker. 2 bathrooms + outdoor shower. No bathtub. Propane BBQ. AC in master bedroom only. There is a portable AC unit that can be set up in the loft when additional guests are using that space for sleeping during the summer months (May-October). WIFI and local cell provided. Samsung Smart TV does not have cable but has Apple TV connected so you can access Netflix and other apps.
The loft has two queen beds, two floor fans, a small dresser and room darkening blinds. There is a computer desk and office chair in the loft as well.
The master bedroom has a king bed, AC, closet and ensuite bathroom. Room darkening drapes and outdoor shutters help keep the early morning light out if that's your preference.
The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept. There is a second bathroom on this level as well. A spiral staircase leads up to the loft. Ceiling fans, windows and floor fans throughout the house. The trade winds blow steadily year round here, so the cottage stays quite cool, especially during the 'winter' months (November- April) when daytime temperatures are in the the low-mid 80's and nighttime temperatures stay in the low 70's.
The house is protected with a security system and all the doors and windows have hurricane rated stainless steel security screnes installed so you can feel safe and secure in paradise.
