Positive: Where do I even start with this property? Exceptional in so many ways. From the moment we arrived, Matt and Kyaw greeted us with warm smiles and good humour and took our bags. Check-in was quick and seamless. We were also told that 20 pieces of laundry could be done free of charge which we very much appreciated. The property itself really is superb. The pictures actually don't do it justice as to how beautiful it is. The high ceilings in every room including the bedrooms and the en-suite bathrooms gave the place a very expansive feel. Each room was decorated and furnished in detail, with extremely high quality finishes and materials used to create a modern contemporary look. The lashings of glass in every room filled the rooms with natural light. Nearly everything has been thought of for maximum comfort and convenience. There are lots of things to do: boardgames, get a workout in the gym downstairs or play pool in the kitchen where the pool table is. The huge TV and the independent speakers can be connected to your devices to enjoy inside and outside the property. And you will definitely want to enjoy the outside of the property. The view from the infinity pool is incredible. Gorgeous sunset views can be enjoyed everyday from the pool, the sunloungers or the very large outside dining table. But the property alone isn't the only thing that is stellar. Our hosts really were fantastic and perfectly attentive. Any request we had were dealt with nearly immediately including late at night where perhaps others wouldn't offer to help. Richard, the owner himself, also came to visit us and gave us great advice and really educated us about the property, the area and how it all came to be. I cannot recommend this property enough if you have a stay in Krabi.
Negative: The only very minor issue was shower pressure was a little low in the upstairs bathrooms.
