The location of this residence can't be better. At beach road, close to the center of the vibrant Patong (1km to Bangla Road/Jungceylon), but in a quiet and secluded area.
The condominium is spacious, 105m2 with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. A nice terrace looking at the pool is located at the ground floor, which makes it easy accessible. Smoking inside is not allowed ! Vaping and shisha is illegal in Thailand.
The condominium is fully equipped, has a smart Super UHD TV with web browser, private 3BB high speed internet (fiber cable), kitchen with microwave, oven and Nescafé "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine. Silent LG aircons and fans in every room.
A huge swimming pool at the center is not only an eye-catcher, but also a great place to relax and socialize.
Shops, restaurants, salons,... are all in the immediate neighborhood.
There is a parking area on the premises. The fee for parking is 1000,- Baht/week and 2.000,- B/month (never included in the rental fee). Note the parking lots can not be reserved and owners have always priority.
The condo is rented out per month. Water and electricity is not included and will be charged upon usage. An ecological use will be about 2,000 Baht/month. If you leave the aircons on most of the day or with open doors/windows, then the bill can go up to 10,000 Baht/month.
Maximum of 2 adults and 2 little children. Groups of single men are not allowed as this is a cosy condominium and not a party place.
