It comes also with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen that has all the essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to whip up a delicious meal.

The bedroom contains a comfortable queen-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. If you are in the mood for a cup of morning coffee or a chatty evening, you can enjoy the fresh air on the balcony offering you a beautiful view.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.

The house is located in the heart of London's East End, just a short walk from Liverpool Street, Fenchurch Street and St Pancras International stations.

## Notes

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15h).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 GBP smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
