Located in bustling Brixton, a short 5-minute walk from the station and right next to Brixton Village market, our home is ideally located for your stay in London for up to 2 guests.

Based on the 2nd floor with lift access, you'll be able to spend your time relaxing in the open plan living area complete with a sofa and dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to feel at home during your stay including a coffee machine and dishwasher.

The cosy master bedroom has a double bed which will be made up of hotel-quality linen for the duration of your stay. The room is light and airy, with a large window, and ample storage space for you to make use of.

The bathroom, with a bath and attached shower, comes stocked with towels and toiletries for your stay.

In a brand new development and finished with high-quality furnishings throughout, we hope our home is ideal for your visit to London.

Please note: Our home is located next to the railway line and some noise may be heard from passing trains during the day, particularly if you have the balcony doors open.

## Neighborhood

If you’re looking to cook while staying at the flat, there are a number of supermarkets and convenience stores on Brixton Road. If you’re hoping to eat or drink out during your stay, there are loads of great options nearby. Some of our favourites include Stir Coffee Brixton, Pizza Brixton, White Horse Brixton, F. Mondays, Curry Paradise, The Beast of Brixton and Franco Manca.

Other points of interest in the area include Brixton market, Ritzy cinema and Brockwell park.

## Transit

The property is well situated to get you around London. Brixton underground station (Victoria line) is within a 5-10 minute walk of the flat and offers direct access into the city, including Green Park, Oxford Circus and King’s Cross.

Alternatively, buses, Uber and taxis are also readily available in London.

## Notes

Please note we do charge a £30 check-in fee between 10 PM and 12 AM, and £50 between 12 AM and 7 AM. If you require additional linen/towels for your stay for a fee, please contact us.

Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
