It is located between Clissold Park and Highbury Fields, and the local shops of Highbury Barn are a 5min walk away. The restaurants of Church Street in Stoke Newington and Upper Street are also within easy reach.
Highbury is one of the nicest and livable neighborhoods in London. The flat is on a pretty and quiet street located between two big parks (Clissold Park and Highbury Fields). There are some great local shops nearby on Highbury Barn (Da Mario, Godfrey's master butcher, Bourne's fishmongers, La Fromagerie, Seasons & Blossoms greengrocer, Highbury Vintners...). There are also many amazing restaurants in the area (Farang, Primeur, Perilla, Highbury Arts Club...).
5 stations are within walking distance (King's Cross and the City are less than 30min away).
Highbury and Islington (Victoria Line, Overground, Great Northern), Arsenal (Picadilly Line), Canonbury (Overground), Drayton Park (Great Northern) and Finsbury Park (Victoria Line, Picadilly Line, Great Northern and Thameslink) stations are within walking distance and are well connected by local buses.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
