Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The apartments are well located near transport, restaurants and supermarkets. There is a lot of light in the living areas, which is lovely. The beds were comfortable, and all the essentials were there. the rooms were clean. Communication with the host is efficient. For our purposes, things worked well, and we would come again. The living space is bigger the higher up you go. The Penthouse has a really big living room.

Negative: It is central London, so there is some street noise at night. The apartments have seen slightly better days, and some things were not working (dishwashers, blinds..). Communication with the host is impersonal.

Summary: Good value, large space, central location - slightly past its best
