This beautiful traditional brick and flint detached home has been extensively modernised with top quality fixtures, fittings and furnishings, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and beautiful bathrooms. A well-equipped kitchen with two ovens - one a duel fuel Rangemaster - and a Nespresso coffee machine opens out into a large open-plan dining room. With two bicycles available for your use (and plenty of room to store your own!) you'll be able to nip into Holt for a spot of shopping or explore Holt's own 100-acre Country Park and nearby Kelling Heath, with its pretty woodland trails.
