This house is located in an upmarket residential area, just a few minutes from the long sandy beach of Praia de Mira, in the north of the district of Coimbra. It is an area where mass tourism has not yet arrived.
There is a balcony on the first floor and a terrace with patio furniture and parasol on the ground floor. A 400m² garden with barbecue is at your disposal. There is also a small lake behind the garden. Two cars can be parked in front of the house.
The house with 160m² of living space is distributed on two equal floors. On the ground floor is the living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV and DVD player. There is also a dining room with a large dining table for six people. The beach with water sports facilities is only one kilometre away. There is even a restaurant just 200 metres away. Shopping can be done within a one kilometre radius.
The house has central heating and therefore there are radiators in all rooms. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, but due to the climate this is not necessary. You can use the tennis courts and the swimming pool in the residential area free of charge.
