Positive: The space and layout of the accommodation was great. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. Our bed was very comfortable and bedding clean. There is good water pressure therefore the shower was lovely. The property was so warm that the windows were left open on the first evening. Creates a cozy environment on a chilly evening although we were blessed with good weather. Excellently situated for visiting anywhere in the New Forest and coastal locations.

Negative: I would suggest the property was very nice when first renovated but is now in need of some investment. It could do with a deep clean and the paintwork refreshed. The lounge furniture is not the lovely leather sofa and chairs as in the photographs but 3 very tired sofas. The smell of drains in the master bedroom is unpleasant. The 'polished' concrete floors downstairs are cracked and the filler used is unsightly. It could benefit from proper cleanable flooring. The instruction manuals for the electrical goods were eventually located in the back of the cleaning cupboard so maybe they could be placed in the folder provided. The hedges leading to the property need to be cut back as very overgrown. The outside furniture is neglected and the barbeque/firepit are rusty so were not used during our stay. We really hope our feedback is constructive and not just perceived as critical. It could be a fabulous home from home!

Summary: The photographs of the property raised our expectations but sadly we were disappointed .....
