You can’t visit Norton without trying the North East’s famous ‘parmo’ so a visit to The Open Jar is also a must! For a great steak or cocktail, head to Meet at 12 which is the newest hotspot in Norton. If you like Indian cuisine, Jolsha is a great choice. When it comes to cafes, Café Lilli and Café Maison are just two of our favourites. You really will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating and drinking during your stay!

Norton has a bustling high street and plenty of places to explore but you are just as easily placed to enjoy the surrounding towns and villages. With frequent buses to Stockton, Middlesbrough and Darlington you can reach main cities across the country within a couple of hours.
Middlesbrough has direct links to Newcastle and Manchester, while Darlington station has direct trains to York, Leeds and London.
