The perfect spot for al-fresco dining in those warmer months.
The Space:
The living room at The Beach House is bright and spacious. The space boasts a sofa, two armchairs and a large coffee table. The room also has a corner dedicated to a flat-screen TV, so you can enjoy and keep up with your favourite shows whilst away on the North Yorkshire coast.
The open-plan kitchen and dining area is an airy space where light can flood in through the skylight windows. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering getaways, whilst a dining area has ample space for all guests to comfortably enjoy a meal.
The fully enclosed back yard is a great spot to relax and soak up the sun in the warmer months. It has outdoor seating and is a great place to chill with a glass of fizz.
The Beach House offers two bathrooms. The one downstairs has everything you need for a relaxing shower, as well as a wash basin and a WC.
Head upstairs and you’ll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a spacious king room with a large bay window where you can enjoy a morning cuppa in the armchair perfectly positioned in the window.
The second bedroom is a cosy double room that also boasts a generous wardrobe which is great for storage.
The third bedroom at The Beach House is very much a child-friendly room with a bunk bed.
The family bathroom is a delightful space with a coastal theme. It is fitted with a bathtub, a wash basin, and a WC.

The Neighborhood:
Marske-by-the-Sea is a delightful village located on the North Yorkshire coast, less than 10 minutes from Saltburn and Redcar. The village square is packed with independent businesses, including dog-friendly cafes, pubs, micropubs and restaurants.
The property is Just moments from Marske Valley Gardens where you can explore walkways lined with beautiful flowers. Head to Marske Sands and you’ll find a long stretch of gently sloping sandy beach. The famous Cleveland Way snakes its way across the cliff tops and along the beach to Saltburn and beyond.
Neighbouring Saltburn-by-the-Sea is a great place to visit during your stay. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
You can also find popular villages and towns such as Staithes, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby further along the coast.
Getting Around:
The Beach House a is within walking distance of all that Marske has to offer, within 5 minutes’ drive time of Saltburn and 20 minutes to Staithes, Middlesbrough and the delightful North Yorkshire Moors.
Marske Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Marske. Hop on the Arriva X4 route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Whitby.
