Welcome to a new concept of accommodation in Koh Tao. Located just 2 minutes away from the pier, Isla Tortuga Diving & Hostel offers you a wide range of options depending on your budget, from our spacious and completely refurbished Deluxe Double Room to our affordable Fan Dorms.
All of our guests have access to our amazing private pool and common areas, and we strive to provide the most personal customer service so that everyone feels part of this family and leave us with a smile on your face and the promise to come back.
Terms & Conditions:
1. A valid photo identification, Driver License, Passport or National ID Card is required at check-in.
2. Please take care of the house and the facilities, they are made with love and it is up to you to keep it like this.
3. Respect other guests! Please conduct yourself in a responsible and reasonable manner and ensure your friends do so as well. No one must act in any way which may disturb other guests. All common areas will be closed at 23:00 to ensure peace of night time to everyone. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in guests being asked to leave the establishment in which event all Charges and Additional Charges shall become immediately payable by the Guest.
4. Smoking is not permitted inside the building and only in the designated smoking areas.
5. Isla Tortuga Diving & Hostel is not responsible or liable for any missing objects
6. The Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage caused at the Hostel by Guests or visitor of the Guest. The Guest may be liable for Isla Tortuga Diving & Hostel reasonable cost of repairing, cleaning or replacing any property which is damaged, soiled or lost by a Guest.
7. No animals are allowed.
8. Isla Tortuga Diving & Hostel does not accept bookings made by those under the age of 16. Under 18s cannot stay in any shared rooms, however they can stay in private rooms when accompanied by an adult over 18 years. If youre between 16-18 and want to stay in a private room, youll need written consent from your parent or guardian.
9. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in automatic Cancellation with no refund given.

Credit card payments will have a 5% surcharge.
- Cancellation or amendment must be made 7 days in advance prior to arrival.
