Negative: I booked the accommodation one and a half months in advance and clearly indicated a special request for two rooms with a view of the cliffs. This request was confirmed by Booking, so we reasonably expected it to be fulfilled. However, after more than 12 hours of travel, instead of the promised views we were placed on the ground floor, on the back side of the building, with no view at all. The disappointment was enormous. After such a long journey and clear prior agreement, this felt unacceptable and completely ruined the first impression of the stay.
