Positive: Location, new building of hotel and expensive materials. Quality breakfest foodstuffs.

Negative: Absence of room cleaning and bath kits/towels refreshment in 3 days, even with pushed signal 'please clean'. Dirty(looks like penicillin) water tank of coffee machine in the room. Frudal breakfast assortment.
