Summary: Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs and bacon/smoked salmon and more. Freshly squeezed juices, tea coffee etc. The rooms are immaculate, and impeccably clean, with large bathroom, comfortable beds, fridge, TV and air conditioning. I booked via Hotels.com, and the pricing was great for an incredible experience and masterclass in hospitality.
