Positive: We spent three weeks at Villa Jitsin in Koh Tao and were absolutely blown away! The communication with Coral was excellent even before our arrival. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was flawless—there was not a single issue. The villa is fully equipped with everything you need, including an amazing outdoor sound system. The location is perfect, close to Sairee Beach, many shops, and restaurants. However, in our opinion, the area has become quite overcrowded. That being said, the villa strikes the perfect balance—it feels like you’re in the heart of the action while still being in a quiet, slightly secluded spot. The only downside was the hard beds—typical for Asia—but Coral immediately had a solution for that as well. Mr. Nei, the housekeeper, came every two days and ensured everything was spotless. And Coral’s communication? Absolutely next level! We were amazed at how fast she responded—sometimes it felt like our requests were solved before we even asked. Truly sensational and out of this world! We’ve stayed in several 5-star plus hotels, but even there, we’ve never experienced such prompt responses and satisfying solutions. We can wholeheartedly recommend both the villa and Coral as a host. If we ever return to Koh Tao, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Coral and team!
