We are delighted to welcome our newest serviced accommodation to our collection! Jubilee House is in Eston just behind the high street which is full of shops, pubs and takeaways.
A few pubs there are is The pricky Arms, The Stapylton Arms, The Queens head and The miners arms.
Eston is just a short trip up the A174 to Redcar, which is where Teesworks is, along with the Wilton site.

Jubilee is a 4 bedroom property, featuring 3 double and 1 single bedrooms. All bedrooms come with either a storage hanging rail, or a wardrobe to store your belongings.
This modernised but rustic themed bathroom comes with a floor to ceiling walking in shower with a beautiful glass panel screen.
The living room is also the dining area, equipped with sofas and a TV to sit and relax, whilst also providing you with a 4 seater dining table and chairs carrying on that rustic feel throughout the property.
Downstairs there is a WC, which is also the laundry room, with a bench counter, underneath is a washer and a dryer.
The kitchen is very spacious with a black and white theme throughout keeping that modernised touch. Equipped with all the basic essentials you will need for your travels, from plates and bowls, to cups, mugs and cutlery.
Guests will have access to the whole property and this will not be shared with anyone outside their party.
